Suggested Usage

Microwave:  Place 1 cup water and 1/2 cup rolled oats in a bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes and serve.
Stovetop:  Place 1 cup water and 1/2 cup rolled oats in a pot. Bring to boil and reduce to medium-low for 2-3 minutes and serve.
