In taking more positive steps on our journey to reduce our environmental impact, NOW is in the process of transitioning our carrier oil bottles to be made from 100% PCR (post-consumer recycled) resin. Because of the recycled nature of the PCR bottles, you may notice some slight color variations in the bottles compared to what they looked like before. The new PCR bottle gives a darker appearance to the oils when looking through the bottle. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the oil.

Solution:  Jojoba oil, a wax derived from the seed of the jojoba shrub, contains many nutritional compounds, including fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. It is fast absorbing and helps to restore balance while promoting softer hair and skin. High stability, cosmetic versatility, along with the ability to mimic the skin’s sebum, make jojoba oil ideal for all skin and hair types.

Suggested Usage

For deep scalp and hair-conditioning treatment, work a quarter-size amount into dry or damp hair then shampoo after 5-10 minutes. As a skin conditioner, apply to damp skin after showering to hydrate and seal in moisture.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
Due to the nature of this oil, cloudiness or particles may sometimes appear.

Caution

Avoid direct contact with eyes. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if skin sensitivity occurs.
